  • Spain Travel Itinerary service

    OUR FULL SERVICE

    We design the whole trip from start to finished based on your preferences, interests, timeframe, and travel style. You arrive in Spain with a personalized itinerary that we designed just for you.

    You get: A project based service that results in a day by day itinerary built by our team of Spain travel experts. Along the way, we send you sample itineraries, lots of advanced information about accommodation, tours, transportation, and more. This includes three Zoom meeting with our team (including a pre-departure call) and unlimited email access to us during the entire trip planning process.

    Good to know: Bookings and reservations are not made on your behalf.

    Investment: A $350 USD non-refundable deposit. This service is proposal based. Generally, we charge about $135-150 USD per day of travel. There is a minimum of $800 USD and the price ranges from $800-2000+ for the full service.

  • 45 Minute Spain Travel Consultation

    PERSONALIZED SPAIN TRAVEL PLANNING ASSISTANCE

    You have a good idea about your trip and have done some legwork on your own, but need to add some personalized touches, an itinerary review, suggestions, and more.

    You get: A focused 45 minute Zoom call with a Spain travel expert. Within two weeks of the call, you will receive personalized follow up notes. You will also have limited email access to our team to ask follow-up questions or for any clarification.

    Good to know: Your follow up notes will include personalized recommendations for you, but we do not provide a full day by day itinerary for this service (if you want that, please book our itinerary service.)

    Investment: $200 USD per session.

    (You can opt for a rush fee of $50 USD to have your notes within one week of the call.)

  • 30 Minute Mini Spain Travel Consultation

    QUICK ITINERARY FIXES AND BRAINSTORMING

    You have a pretty solid plan, but you just need 30 minutes with a Spain travel expert to make your trip plan even better! This can be for an itinerary review, or some logistical questions. Or you are just getting started and need a quick session to pick our brains.

    You get: A focused 30 minute Zoom call with a Spain travel expert who can answer questions specific to your trip (you will fill out a questionnaire when you book the call). Whether you are just getting started or have a solid plan, we can help!

    Good to know: ‍This call is a “one and done.” You will not receive personalized notes after the call nor do we provide any additional email support. If you need a higher level of support after your consultation, be sure to book the 45 minute option.

    Investment: $135 USD per session.

  • Spain Travel Planning Over Email

    FOR WHEN A MEETING CAN BE AN EMAIL…

    You just have a few quick questions about your trip, your itinerary, or getting started. You can’t find a suitable time on our calendar to schedule a Zoom meeting, but you still need a bit of help. We offer an email planning service just for that!

    You get: Up to seven questions that you submit answered via email by a Spain travel expert. You also have a window of time to ask follow up or clarification questions.

    Good to know: The email service is meant to be a quick back and forth for up to seven single-part questions. You will not receive a day by day itinerary or personalized follow up notes. This service does not include any Zoom “facetime” with our team. Everything is handled via email. After we receive your questions, we will confirm that we received your inquiry and will send an invoice. Once payment is made, we will respond to your questions.

    Investment: $100 USD.
