How do full Spain travel consultations work?

Step 1: Choose a time that works for you, fill out the questionnaire so we can get to know you better, and book a time for your consultation. You will receive a confirmation with a link to a Zoom call.

Step 2: We meet over Zoom at the time chosen. That time is yours and we can use it however you’d like. We will also have a prepared list of notes and suggestions based on your questionnaire. Some clients like to have a list of questions prepared whereas some prefer to just go over the notes we made. It’s your choice!

Step 3: About two weeks after the consultation, you will receive follow-up notes/a personalized Spain travel guide from the call. They will come in the form of a PDF with personalized tips, links, places we discussed, etc. Think of it as your own mini Spain travel guide! And up to two weeks after receiving the this email, you also have email access to us with any follow-up questions about what we discussed.

Full Spain Travel Consultations are not for building full day by day itineraries nor are they for designing travel days hour by hour. We can come up with itinerary sketches and send you suggestions, but it is up to you to put it all together in a complete itinerary. For clients needing more in-depth travel planning, ongoing support, or day by day planned itineraries, you will want to look at our full itinerary service.

We can help clients with trips departing at any time, including if your departure is less than a week away.*

(* During the call, we can discuss any last-minute concerns and logistics together. The follow-up notes will be sent within 14 days following the call. Clients wishing to receive the notes/personalized Spain travel guide faster can pay a rush fee when booking the call.)
