Personalized outlines are for you:

if you want a fully customized Spain travel itinerary outline but want to do most of the booking yourself

(This is a project-based service with on-going support throughout the process)

A Spain travel itinerary outline based on your interests and unique travel style

You want to travel independently in Spain, on an itinerary completely curated, planned, and customized just for you. But you also are ok to do all of the “heavy lifting” (booking each component on your own with the information we provide to you)

Then this is the service for you.

We work with…

  • Couples (we love doing honeymoons)

  • Families

  • Solo travelers (and lots of solo female travelers)

  • Small groups of friends

  • Bubbles (the new buzzword in travel)

We are not a guided tour company. You will not be crammed on a tour bus with 25+ strangers on a cookie-cutter itinerary being shuffled from place to place.

Instead you will travel independently on a trip customized to fit all of your needs.

We recommend local guides, day trips, walking tours, food tours, historical tours, unique experiences, cultural activities, hotels, neighborhoods, restaurants, and more.

And we will give you all of the information you need to book your trains, domestic flights, ferries, rental cars, private transfres and more!

But you will book everything on your own.

Here are some top reasons as to why you should use a travel advisor to plan your trip to Spain

How our Spain travel itinerary outline service works

Step 1: We get to know one another over a Zoom call. Choose a time that works for you, fill out the questionnaire so we can get to know you better, book a time on the calendar, and pay a (non-refundable) deposit. You will receive a confirmation with a link to a Zoom call.

Step 2: We meet over Zoom at the time chosen. That call is when we will start laying the groundwork of your unique Spain travel itinerary outline, personalized just for you.

Step 3: Within about 1-2 weeks from the call, you will receive a proposal for us to outline an itinerary just for you. It will include information about some of the specifics we discussed on the call and what the fee would be to write this for you.

Step 4: Once you agree, we will get to work outlining the perfect Spain travel itinerary just for you,

Step 5: We deliver you a personalized Spain travel itinerary outline including links so you can make the reservations. You book everything on your own and then are off on the Spain trip of your dreams!

You do not even need to have specific dates for this service! This is the perfect option for those who want to plan a trip to Spain in advance but book everything once they are ready.

*Note: We do not check for specific availability or book anything on your behalf, unless you want us to book certain components such as private day trips and things that are harder to reserve from outside of Spain. During the initial call we will discuss these options with you so that we can include some of these elements in your proposal.

Investment: A non-refundable $350 USD deposit.  Since no two itineraries are alike, this is a proposal-based service.  Our fees for this Spain travel planning service range from $125-150+ per day of the itinerary based on the complexity of the trip (i.e. $875-$1050+ for a week-long trip/$1750-$2100+ for a two-week trip).  More complex itineraries and longer trips will cost more.  If your trip is shorter than a week, it will still cost a minimum of $800 for the itinerary service.

We recommend you start this process at least three months in advance of travel. For more complex itineraries, the turnaround time can vary. If you do not have that lead time please contact us before setting up your appointment to ensure we can accommodate your timeframe. (Please note that we can sometimes work with last-minute clients for an additional rush fee based on our availability)

“Karen was an incredible travel planner for our honeymoon to Spain.  We told her a bit about our travel style and some of our “must-sees” in each city, and she told us all the tricks – which sites to see early or late, suggestions for best routes that involved interesting neighborhoods, incredible food options, and all the off-the beaten path treats that the guidebooks don’t tell you about, especially best neighborhoods to stay in for the type of atmosphere we prefer.”
